Coronavirus Precautions Adopted by Moody’s

Overview

In view of ongoing developments globally in respect to the coronavirus (COVID-19), Moody’s Analytics has decided to cancel all pending in-person AXIS training, relying on remote (web-based) training until further notice. AXIS Clients should contact AXIS Training to discuss previously arranged or new requests for training. At the same time, we are advising our employees to avoid travel, if possible, which will limit our ability to have any face to face meetings while these travel restrictions apply. Specific travel approvals may be given based on business need and depending on location.

Moody’s Analytics understand that the health and welfare of our staff and of our clients are most important at this point and we will be continuously monitoring both the developing information about the risks of coronavirus and the effectiveness of the training and support we are able to deliver using available technology.

While most offices of Moody’s Analytics remain open, business continuation options involving employees working from home for extended periods are part of our contingency planning. We hope to maintain as closely as possible the levels of service both in ongoing software development and in client support that our customers would expect in normal circumstances. We look forward to resuming in-person training when the global conditions allow that to happen.
