Article Summary

We are committed to ensuring that our products and customer services at sites in Ontario are accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) by having accessible offices and allowing persons with disabilities who visit our premises to use assistive devices, service animals and support persons. We also aim to provide notice of temporary disruption of our service (i.e. site closure, elevators out of service, system outages).

Assistive Devices

We allow use of assistive devices for persons with disabilities at our Ontario location. These devices can include but are not limited to manual and motorized wheelchairs, scooters, canes, crutches and walkers.

Accessible Premises

As part of our overall barrier-free strategy, we have a corporate commitment to providing accessible premises.

Service Animals

We allow persons with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal to enter our premises except where prohibited by law for health and safety reasons.

Support Persons

Support persons accompanying customers with disabilities are welcome at our premises.

Temporary Disruption of Service

We will aim to provide persons with disabilities with notice of a planned or unexpected disruption in our facilities that people with disabilities access. This notice may include but is not limited to postings at our location.
